Pros

Only pro really is a paycheck but one cannot really list that as a pro since all places provide a paycheck and overall coalfire's is lame in comparison.

Cons

Not enough space here to list out the cons. Here's just a few - If you're over 30, forget it, you won't fit in. Working 60 hours a week is the norm, don't come in expecting to have a life. As mentioned previously, pay is pretty weak. That's just a few but the most prevalent.
