Pros

Flexible, good work/life balance, invested in employees, open to new ideas, lack of pushy egos, smart people, focused on promoting diversity in their workforce, exciting clients and projects, focus on delivery quality, supportive of training, certifications, and education, and industry leader in cybersecurity assurance.

Cons

Growth focused, owned by VC and will be sold again at some point, lacks centralized / standardized orientation for new employees.

Pros

Great environment and people. Everyone is caring and easy to work with. Though comp is on the lower side right now they are making adjustments but to slow in my opinion.

Cons

You’ll be working a lot. Currently you work 32 hours on projects but you work more than that on them. Management does push for work life balance but it’s grey for sure.

Pros

Strong professional development support. We get linkedin learning, tuition reimbursement, and Coalfire is always willing to support certifications.

Cons

The work can be overwhelming at times but I guess that's the world of consulting.
