Pros

Met some great people. Remote work.

Cons

Very poorly run company. Upper management focuses only on the numbers and does not care about the employees. Employees are treating like pegs in the machine and management will put you on a PIP to cut you out without warning or hesitation. Managers are highly unqualified and there is a lot of cronyism going on behind the scenes. The quality of the services has gone way downhill. This company has become more of a click and bait and only cares about getting clients money. Absolutely horribly and toxic place to work with poor culture and no values. Would not recommend.

Pros

Remote work is a plus.

Cons

Not transparent. Was told in all hands meeting that no layoffs were planned. Was then promptly laid off in 2 week.
