      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities at Coaflire for those who are willing to pave their own way. Coalfire is willing to pay for training and certifications and they encourage personal development. The atmosphere is very loose and I really enjoy the people I work with. Coalfire does a lot to try to provide a flexible schedule for employees while still ensuring that quality work is being delivered to clients.

      Cons

      There seem to be a number of people who have had a bad experience at Coalfire because there isn't much guidance for new hires. There are also a lot of growing pains with Coalfire, but I think it is worth it for those who can put up with it.

Training and employee development continue to be a major focus for the management and Human Resources teams. We are making strides in our training tools and continuously sending our IT security professionals to outside training and certification programs to retain their statuses as subject matter experts in the industry.
