Great company to learn cyber security and work with industry thought leaders.

High paced and timeline oriented workload, projects need to be finished even if your colleagues slack a bit.

Pros

Coalfire offers a good work life balance and certainly some of the employees below upper management make your day to day work enjoyable

Cons

Upper management is heavily influenced by office politics. In particular, the Finance department has a heavy favoritism geared towards the female employees.

Pros

Great work-life balance and you are allowed to learn many different things. The team around you is very supportive every step of the way.

Cons

It's not Coalfire's fault, but the cynical nature of the business leads to busier times of the year when you do have to work extra hard or long hours, but compared to other experiences, it's still not too overwhelming.
