Nearly caused a nervous breakdown

Pros

Lower level employees were some of the best I ever worked with.

Cons

-High workload. Work amounted to the next three busiest stores combined. -Understaffed. Only one fulltime associate doing all the tasks. -Unrealistic Expectations. Expect Amazon Prime performance with miniscule resources. -Very poor communication. Limited or vague directions. Often giving terse and condescending language. -Apathetic towards concerns. Repeated voicing left unanswered or brushed off. -Ungrateful for maximum effort. Not even an open thank you for stressing to complete a complicated large order for weeks. Hard work rewarded with guilt tripping. Implying you're the reason people are suffering and you should be ashamed with all you done.
