Pros

Great people working in branches and accounting areas.

Cons

Salaries were sub-par, but tries to convince staff that they are competitive. Moral at all time low. Stopped putting people first. Mean girls clique in mgmt and Senior Mgmt.

Depending on the branch the people.

Cons

Senior management. Old school and outdated from chiefs to VPs. The board is also not fit for their role.
