Pros

I genuinely loved this community. Such remarkable folks with such care for all student success. Never once felt super political (it IS academia) but it was clear students were at the heart of the mission.

Cons

I personally didn't have any cons to warn future employees about. It is clear people like working there because they stay for a while. People who don't stay for long may simply not like Flagstaff.
