      Pros

      Coda is small but the tenure and lack of turnover is incredible. Last year the company(s) doubled in size and opened several offices. The CEO is transparent and extremely accessible. The managers are big billers and very inspiring. Unlimited territories and one of the most aggressive comp plans in the busines.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains with Coda. The need for additional processes and structure can be a drag.
