Pros
Having come from a competitor of Code Four, this is the environment I wish I would have had while with my previous employer. Everybody here has skill sets, that makes this team completely diverse. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun. But, when everyone needs to come together or get a project completed, there is no lack of hustle or commitment. The company will pull out the best version of you, if you let it. In the reality of life, "you get out, what you put in"!

Sometime... people don't brew another pot of coffee when they take the last cup.
