Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. We acknowledge we've had some leadership changes and with that can come some adjustments as we welcomed new team members. Working at an agency and supporting our clients sometimes means working outside of normal business hours but we're committed to better practices and policies that mitigate that as much as possible to make Code3 a great partner to our clients and great place for our Coders.

Thanks so much for sharing your feedback with us. We've been actively working on better processes and tools to make sure we're staffing our teams properly to support a healthy work/life balance and provide opportunities to advance. We launched career lattices to outline expectations for every role level and hope employees use those to have productive growth conversations with their managers. However, we also know there is always room to improve and will keep working to address these concerns.
