Pros

lots of experience in learning social

Cons

-work-life balance does not exist -favoritism is at play -long hours -does not have a diverse range of employees of multiple cultural backgrounds. -Mostly an all white company.

Pros

- wfh has been ok, people are understanding mostly - it is easy to go to a platform if you can survive a year or two

Cons

Nothing substantial has changed since the rebrand. It’s the same company, the same pros (hardly any), the same cons. Please read the SocialCode page before you commit to working here

Above-average compensation Dynamic team environment No silo mentality – everyone works towards the same goals. Interesting projects and campaigns Managers focus on real results and encourage testing new ideas.

Cons

No coddling – you’re expected to have strong skills and make decisions quickly.
