      - Awesome client portfolio, working with some huge brands - The people are awesome, smart people and I developed good friendships - Managers cared and invested in me - Learned a lot very quickly, gained valuable experience

      Cons

      - Company reorg could be better thought out - Short-staffed due to COVID and things ramping back up

      Lots of large clients, meaning you have to be comfortable working with large teams internally
