Great work culture, high salaries, great learning experience. This has been one of the best experiences I have had in my professional carear.

There are none, I wish I was not in a contract position and could work for the company full time.

Remote work is timely but tasks can be demanding

This was remote and done in a timely matter. Usually during the Fall, Spring, Winter and Summer sessions for School.

Cons

Yes the pay is okay however, I think the only downside is that TechFellows have to do tasks like solve problems which is due before the next session
