People are very nice, the culture is highly collaborative, and the staff are very supportive.

Cons

Pay is low for certain positions, so that's something to keep in mind. Recent (late 2025) layoffs as well.

Pays very well compared to other college part-time jobs, and good to always be refreshing on computer science topics so you don't get rusty.

The time slots for classes are limited

Schedule is consistent, very lenient, lots of support for the team.

Cons

It all depends on the students but you might get a really bad group and its awkward the whole time in the breakout room, and you have to carry conversation
