Try this: Have a discussion with your manager in terms of your value proposition. If there is a mismatch between your value proposition and the market rate, it will be highlighted. 4moGlad the culture gets good reviews. Regarding our project mix, we don't tend to go after the flashy. But we do desire to press toward more complex problems to solve.
