Pros
Great benefits, where most companies make you pay a tremendous amount of money to have medical, dental, and vision for your family but NIIT has a good deal with BCBS. Raises are okay, not bad but okay. As long as you work and show productivity you will get one. If you do work for this company you want to find a good LEADER and stick with that person. Unless you are snake then you will do well with the mid-management ranks.
Cons
"Too many chiefs not enough indians" almost everybody wants to be the boss but don't want to take the responsibility if something goes wrong. Too many people are trying to take credit on work they had nothing to do with. Not enough "leaders", they have a crap load of "supervisors" but no leadership present in mid-management ranks. Backstabbing is something common for this company. I have a mid-manager that seems to thrive on this. As if he was watching a cage fight or gladiatorial games (a little too dramatic I know).
