      Employees are offered good salary package during joining. the good part is that they have strict employee policies for every managing level which helps every employee to grow on their own efforts.

      Higher Management is not considerate about the aspirations of resources

      Pros

      Team work at Coforge is excellent. They seem to reward the top performers, but the average performers do just as well. Leadership plays a key role to motivate the average performers and I have seen many people grow at a really fast pace within the company.

      No cons seen in my entire tenure.
