      Pros

      CoForge arent tight with salaried or spending on events etc which is really refreshing. Training opportunities are abundant.

      Cons

      You are place onsite at their customer and you are basically a contractor without the financial benefits. Every 6 months you have to hope the customer renews the requirement for your role or you are out of a job.

      Cons

      Focused on cost saving strategies. Various policies for employee benefits have been discontinued. Average annual appraisals are extremely low and delayed with no arrears for delayed period. Variable pay component is paid at very low rate.
