      Nothing as of now. Person should be lucky enough to get into a good team/project.

      Heights of Micro management Toxic & boot licking culture Promotion given on papers and at the time of rewarding it, manager will say I don't think you are up to the mark. One day sick leave and you are asked for submitting doctor prescription and medical document. Managers favors male employees more HR is biased and useless. They don't pay attention to employee issues No job security as they can lay off based on their personal grudges
