      Pros

      1. You have lot of learning options 2. You can get a decent pay at start 3. Company is growing 4. They have lot of projects 5. Wfo depends on project and band. Some people they call office and some work from home(they do not notice) 6. The office building is nice, they have lot of activities. 7. Work pressure is not that much on low band/ my department. 8. Food is subsidised and lot of food options 9. Transport is available at minimal costs

      Cons

      1. The notice period is 3 months, and will not release early at any cost, even with buyout. 2. There are lot of resignations daily, and replacements hired. They do not try to stop employees even if they are star performers. 3. Variable is very low stating absurd reasons. 4. Hike is negligible and they try to delay as much as they can 5. BHR communication is very bad. If you need any help, its long and tiring process. 6. Office location is very outskirts 7. Food quality needs improvement 8. If you are in tech which does not have many projects, than you would always be stressed
