Pros
Location flexibility makes it possible for employees to work remotely from the main location. This is the most important thing a company can offer to its employees.
Cons
Gradually things are coming back to normal and now that the campus is a bit far from the city area. If cab is unavailable at some point of time then its a hard situation to be on time at work.
