Pros

The infrastructure is better maintained after the lockdown. There is a possibility of work from home on a permanent basis but it is still not very much clear. Staff is hard working also regular in their work shift as per the allotment. Many other positive things to look at such as On the Job training, Timely Compensation, etc.

Cons

Diversity is a problem here. The gender ratio is very evident in the size of workforce that the company has.

Like working from office as the infra is huge and gives the much needed space to relax in the times of break. Even the employees are good as they help me if I require their attention for any work related matters.

Cons

Unfortunately work from home is becoming a norm and many of them have been asked to do the same including myself.
