The policies have changed from last 3 years. Cumulative appraisal for 3 years is less than 5 percent. Even post good rating. Delayed appraisal cycles by 3 months in last 2 years almost costing you half a year , nonetheless. All services are charged now which used to be free. You can get a good package on joining but don't expect a increment.
