      Pros

      Cmm level 5 company ...Good company with some great facilities for employees. Good for freshers ...provides bootcamp and pays decent stipend . Thank you Niit for giving me the opportunity and for technical exposures .!!!!

      Cons

      There are lot of them Managers are like allegators...the can swallow you anytime . Micromanagement. No flexibility at all, partiality for thier favourite employees who they know from thier previous company. There are lot of drama queen employees , beware of them and ignore them !!
