Pros

1) Very good organization, with good facilities 2) I have seen leaders to lead you, some managers are not only manager they are true leaders. 3) In few projects managers having very good qualities, they care each employee, 4) You can learn a lot, company provides training to employee however due to work priority i never got chance to attend single training even UYS training.

Cons

less hike on salary, I think now company stated giving decent package.

The list is end less. 1. Great work ethics, Technical savvy people, Quality Conscious Mgmt, Amazing atmosphere 2. Talented staff always gets the recognition they deserve 3. Your ideas will be heard and will be given due consideration to implement 4. You will be given the ownership to deliver 5. Join if you are willing to learn & execute the skills - Do not join if you have a laid-back attitude 6. Lots of opportunities for technically strong candidates 7. Good policies - Six months appraisal cycle, they dont take long to reward for the work you do 8. You get required Training, Infra, Support, Certification Reimbursement, Softskills Training (Fulltime Softskill Trainer) to develop your technical and interpersonal skills 9. PRIIDE - Extra I to denote Integrity. And they mean it.

Cons

1. Out of million excuses, the most common complaint from poor performers in this organization is "Favoritism". People think the mgmt and other sr members are doing favors to friends/relatives. 2. You cannot influence to get anyone selected in this company or clear interview by taking any short cuts. Very transparent and strict interview process. 3. Low tolerance for poor performers - Not an MNC with thousands of people to afford poor performing resources
