      1) Good atmosphere 2) Working conditions are good 3) Facilities provided are awesome 4) Pay scale is high 5) Pick and drop system available 6) Ambiance is good

      1) Lack of coordination 2) Lack of good programmers 3) Sequence between technical analysts and programmers are missing 4) Lack of interference of the top level management 5) Lack of cooperation 6) Show cause notices and hire/fire system is very much active

      It is a good company to work with, Compensation is average as per market standards, Good growth opportunities, Recognition of work done, healthy environment for work.

      Cons

      HR policies not very employee friendly and also the attitude of HR and most of the middle management is unprofessional and not very helpful. policies are there which are never followed. Open door policiy is mostly not followed
