- Worst appraisal process - Complete startup culture - Management favoritism & internal Politics - No personal & financial growth - Extreme difficult for IJP - They will not pay variable / will cut maximum after delaying 6 months.

Pros

Too much work to do, so obviously full learning as long as you are in project.

Cons

Selfish in decision making. Not having proper process for execution of projects. Not recommended at all for high experience resources as due to lack of job security. Can be removed anytime and relieving process is not that smooth.
