Nominal salary hike on appraisals Best HR practices only in theory, some projects have hell lot of work. Appraisals are transparent only in theory. No growth opportunities Cafeteria is very bad, quality and variety both are very bad.

Free GYM, Good policies(On Papers Only). Subsidized Lunch.

Cons

Salary is controlled by manager, He can pay what ever he wishes, HR policies does not matter to them. Fires at its own will. Performance does not matter, Managers Ego and mood matters. Unprofessional old people, trained in 19's by NIIT (Diploma) treats resources as their slaves. You get low ratings if you don't feed tea, snacks to managers (BA Account).
