      Good project management, so that no individual can complain about the work distribution. If you work hard , you can get exposure to the higher management at least to some extent. Good onsite opportunity in Asia pacific, Europe, USA, Australia etc. almost to every country.

      Cons

      Tough to switch your work profile. If you are a developer and you want to switch to a other domain technology it will be very tough.
