The growth for the freshers in perspective of Money is good.

Cons

The growth is only depends on how you have connections with the project head or manager, not on the individual performance. If you are a person who works properly and leave They wouldn't value you but if you had good connections with the project head or manager it is so much benificial for you leave the organisation.
