      Flexibility, excellent retirement plan, 37.5 hour work week

      Cons

      Too many cliques with adults acting like they are 8 years old.

      Pros

      Cogentrix has good pay and bonus structure. They have excellent finance and accounting systems. Management has integrity and communicates company vision effectively. Office environment is polite and professional.

      Cons

      Company growth has been minimal. Management is competent and established therefore career growth opportunities are minimal. Company is in the business of buying and selling power plants. Recently selling has been more common therefore the company has reduced headcount due to decreased work loads.
