We don't just share our values on the walls, we live them and use them to guide our decisions. I work with a great group of people - we work hard and have fun while we do it.

Cons

At times it can be difficult to prioritize all that we want to accomplish.

Pros

They value your ideas, skills and ambitions. Every year they’ll ask how you’re doing and what you think your strengths are and how they can get you to use those in the best way for you and the company. I’ve never worked for any other company that treated me this well.

Cons

I burnt myself out. I bit off more than I could chew for over 4 years.
