Please ensure the washroom and kitchen areas are separate. It is unhygienic for the kitchen to be a small part of the washroom.

Pros

So far, of what i have seen in Cogitate. The most valuable thing i saw in cogitate is the Trust. Trust among employees, Trust of managers from its team, & among employee. Which laids foundation within an employee to give their 100% with integrity.

Cons

So far for what i have seen, Cogitate can provide proper microsoft tools (currently they have to use Web version for all microsoft softwares such as Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook which is very difficult to work with & it hampers productivity somewhat. So would like to suggest to provide proper desktop apps for all microsoft tools.
