      Fantastic culture, Work hard, play hard, move fast mentality, working with brilliant talented people. Cognex is full of Energy with no limits on creative ideas

      Cons

      Your job is not secure, crazy decisions mean they get rid of loyal hard working employees (you are just a number) the CEO is a stock market pleaser who will be laid on a beach in the Caribbean long before sending the company nose diving behind the competition acquiring Korean technology companies that have built a business on free code
