      You'll be stabbed in the back by all you colleagues and managers. Everyone is looking after themselves, you are on your own.

      Pros

      This company has a fantastic culture that places a very high value on individual performance and positive attitude.

      Cons

      I'm worried that as the company grows...as any company grows, that it will become more bureaucratic. I hope that management fights that possible trend.

      Pros

      Great People, great culture. All the people I met, they are all very nice and willing to help. The company has a geek culture, which is good for an engineer. Managers are humble and visionary. This is a great company.

      Cons

      Work load is up and down severely. The technology used is not generic, which is not that good for personal career development.
