      Pros

      Some really good people. Especially in Finance. CEO very smart, approachable and keeps the company going.

      Cons

      Chairman is eccentric to say the least, and makes inappropriate comments about/to females. The HR department is the worst and getting worse everyday.

      Pros

      Enticing culture which attempts to strike a healthy balance between Work Hard and Play Hard.

      Cons

      Play Hard cultural events are a nice feature, but not worth substandard pay levels, severely limited resources and unrealistic work performance expectations. HR function is a complete joke at this company (unprofessional and incompetent with no independent thinking or influence).

      The company has changed over the last 8 years for the better and future growth looks very good.

      Pros

      Decent company, the people are dedicated to doing good work and there are monthly corporate social events. Small group outings are paid for and encouraged to go 4 or more times a year. Most of the new hires are 25 years old and tech savy.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to progress on a clear career path and many wind up in a rut.
