      Originally great place to work and grow, but has gone downhill with upper management decisions

      Pros

      Nice people, decent office space, industry leader which is working on solving a lot of interesting problems.

      Cons

      Upper management policies are antiquated, like the increased in-office policy, budget cuts when there were no real financial justifications, forced PTO policies. Employees are increasingly treated more like resources than people.
