      Pros

      Great culture and people. Some of the best people I've ever worked with. Very smart, hard-working and fun.

      Cons

      Leadership for the last several years has been terrible with lots of major changes, many of which do NOT make sense. Seems to be run by finance recently. Going away from what made them great and moving to be like their biggest competitor, which I'd argue is an epic mistake.
