Long history of delivering good products to the market. Very Good brand recognition. You get to dress up for Halloween like a 7 year old, they keep tabs on who participates and who does not. If you worked for major consulting firm for a few years you will be handed a posh advisory role and have the greatest potential of ascending in the organization. If you didn't, be happy to get a paycheck
Cons
Leadership believes that if "an employee has been with the company longer than 10 years they can not provide any additional value". Interesting that the most of the leadership team has been in place for more than a decade.
