      Pros

      Fun place to work, fun events, frisbee every day. Products are an industry leader. Play hard events are fun.

      Cons

      Turnover can be high which makes sense (Good to great principles), pay is only okay. It’s easy to move up but they frequently bring in outside people at higher salaries over paying current employees what their new role should be.
