      Great culture! Decent, hardworking, down to earth employees.

      Nothing out of the ordinary. Company still has to figure out how to scale for growth.

      Pros

      Decent company, the people are dedicated to doing good work and there are monthly corporate social events. Small group outings are paid for and encouraged to go 4 or more times a year. Most of the new hires are 25 years old and tech savy.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to progress on a clear career path and many wind up in a rut.
