      I have only been a part of the organization a little while and have yet to see any pros.

      Cons

      Toxic Culture driven by a top down I’m know more than you attitude. Which makes it obvious that it is also very Top Heavy with a comically unjustified ineptitude towards aligning on new initiatives. Need to take our own advice and implement digital transformation internally. The silos are huge and unwarranted. On boarding you are left to fend for yourself, any questions you are made to open a ticket with IT for. Counter intuitive process which heavily weighs down the streamlining of anything.

      Nothing but a Staff Augmentation Company

      Decent pay and occasionally a good assignment

      Since it is really Just a Staff Augmentation company, assignments are very short typically 4 to 6 months and then you goto the bench. But, again in keeping with a staffing company you need to interview for each new role with Both internal team and the end clients. If your not a 100% match, no training for you to improve your skills and out the door you'll go
