Bias based on onsite-offshore recruits (onsite recruits forget increments or promotions) Communist agenda (you cannot grow quicker than the rest based on performance alone, you gotta please many people :)) Growth purely based on how much sales you can achieve (even for technical architects which means you gotta work outside of client engagements you get those yearly increments or three year promotions) Very bad regional model (Chennai Vs Kolkatta with each region trying to put their own guys into projects even at the cost of dislocating onsite recruits) Simply bad and disorganized management (however this may differ across projects)
