      1. Stable, high performance company 2. Give responsibility quite early in the career so you can grow faster 3. Reasonable salary

      Cons

      1. In some of the projects, there is no work-life balance (very long work hours) 2. Some of the project deadlines are not realastic

      Pros

      KnowledgeTransfer is very good. Nice Package - can say - one of the best in industry. More concern is work and not time in - time out. Good onsites.

      Cons

      You can easily find two groups - South Indians & Non-South Indians. It's too high. If You are Non- South Indian and Selected for CTS - First Pray to God to save from South Indian Seniors.

      Good exposer for freshers, good work in some of the accounts

      Pros

      Good for freshers out of the collage to gain experience. Good work if you happen to be in a decent account. Some managers are good and treat employees as human but Jerks are everywhere so beware.

      Cons

      Higher management only cares about moving numbers, agreed that what they are doing the business for but there should be a human factor. Lots of internal politics at the senior management level, affect employees. No god motivation factor even if you work for 16-17 hrs a day. No company offsite in years.
