      Pros

      Opportunities to get involved in other areas of work. Good health insurance. A growing company. Multiple work locations in India.

      Cons

      Not a good perfromance review process. People need to do almost 2 fulltime jobs (One with client exceeding all client expectations and other doing all internal cognizant related administrative work, assisting and exceeding all the management's expectation) even to be considered for minimum grading in performance appraisal.

      1. Extremely good company to begin ones career. 2. Have done multiple roles ranging from technology, consulting, service delivery etc. 3. Have grown very fast in the 6 yrs. From Trainee to Manager. 4. Open door policy.

      Cons

      1. Sometime support lacks the people it needs to function effectively. 2. Compensation is getting low as the company is growing big in size. 3. People management policies are complex and change too often.

      Pros

      growth, opportunity to work in various kinds of projects, less work pressure, lot of different types of work. There is work for every kind of people.

      Cons

      resource allocation practice is very poor: java trained fresher is made to work in Dot Net projects!! , salary not very high, office politics, bonus payout is very less.
