      TriZetto has Come a Long Way

      Pros

      Jude Dieterman was named interim CEO in May after Trace Devanny left. The changes that Jude has put into place have made the company more transparent, fun, and associates are energized to get the job done! The healthcare marketplace is changing but Jude has done a great job organizing TriZetto's leadership around a common mission and vision. With any company, there are a lot of changes, but the executive team is helping to drive positive change and ensuring that associates have the answer to the question "why?"

      Cons

      TriZetto is still integrating some acquisitions and ensuring that they fit into the company's fabric. That process is going much slower than it should.

      Wonderful helping environment and great teamwork. Excellent experience to start our career with or to grab an opportunity to work in there. Wide open platforms to learn and develop our career if we really want to.

      Should give a real push hard situation to think about the so called "cons" as in.
