1. WLB depends on Client 2. Nothing much except they wont restrict you to take holidays

Cons

1. US bank as client, they want fast paced developers if you fail to deliver consider being kicked out any moment 2. They are doing micromanagement at a very huge level, If you step out of system and come back you need to enter why were you outside then only you can get inside again for work in system. 3. Minimum of 10 hrs work
