Cognyte is a great place to work, even when the company is big, it is very dynamic and everyone has a can-do attitude. The different teams worldwide help you attain whatever you need, from a simple question to a full proposal or deployment. Management is open and can be approached anytime.

Cons

Time zone differences sometimes don´t fully help to be in sync with the involved stakeholders, but these are the risks of a truly global company.
