Pros

Remote work that allowed you to work from anywhere

Cons

The red flags were everywhere from the beginning but I said, let me give it a try. You are required to be on Zoom all day (no trust of employees). The leadership team is a bunch of people that used to wok together that now seem to head all of service operations. The leadership team has no idea what they are doing, they were all pretty much promoted from within without any mentoring or assessment of leadership skills. Intake Specialists are just numbbers.

Pros

Provides equipment, no other pros

Cons

Must be on camera, must ask permission to step away from desk for anything including bathroom break. Favoritism, promotions based on who you know not job performance.

Pros

I guess it gave me what I needed to work from home elsewhere

Cons

I’d give zero stars if I could. No one actually treats LPNs like nurses here. You will not be paid as one either, even while doing the same work as the RNs. Every plan made regarding what your job will entail will be half-baked and your voice will be ignored. If you say anything negative, you will be told you are creating a toxic environment. Changes are never communicated to the entire team - certain people are told directly and others end up hearing through the grapevine or when they are being penalized for it in their audits. Leadership has shown that they have no idea what LPN scope is or should be, nor do they really care to figure out and set it in stone - you will be forced to do things outside of your training just to help a department that has nothing to do with you. You will be pulled in to doing other jobs that the originally assigned team refuses to so they can go home for the day. And don’t ask for a raise or go to HR bc it is totally acceptable for your boss to yell and belittle you in front of the entire staff.
